It has plenty of neat elements that make a good picture IMHO (the squareness, the vagueness, the contrast, etc). It is also hard to find another one of these windows, it's made by a very old design purposefully.

That's what I mean.Some people will look at it and see 'just' a window.And others will appreciate it for all the point you have just pointed out.
